We have a large garden which we are happy to share and another kitchen and WC on the ground floor should anyone want to use it.

We do have dogs and they are very friendly.

We would like people who are responsible, tidy and who are looking to stay for a minimum of 12 months. We do have cleaners twice every week. However you would need to apply for an Enhanced DBS which we are happy to pay for and organise as soon as you move in as we we look after children during the day . All you will need is a Passport or Drivers Licence and a Bank/Credit card statement at our address once you have moved in. Thats it. We will do the rest for you.
