Each room has sufficient electric power points, a tv point, is carpeted, 200MB broadband internet and the use of a shared kitchen (which has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and kitchen cupboards for storage etc.) The kitchen and communal areas are cleaned weekly.

The property has all required safety protocols in place including smoke/heat and CO detectors and emergency lighting to all communal areas.
