Hey there! We've got a room up for grabs in our cozy spot. It's got everything you need – comfy furniture, a bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, mirror, and a TV stand in the room, plus a great and massive terrace for some fresh air vibes 🌿. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials – including cutlery, cookware, and kitchen appliances – for all your cooking needs 🍽️. Plus, we’ve got fiber optic broadband, so you’ll always have fast, reliable internet 💻.

We are very clean people and take great care of the flat, so you can expect a tidy and well-maintained living space ✨. No need to worry about the bills either; we've got you covered on that front 💸. And if you're into furry friends, we’ve got a couple of cool cats around 🐱.

We're just a couple of regular folks – one into design 🎨, the other into comics 📚. If you're after a chill space with some good company, hit us up!
