Double Room Available - Bushey Station (2-Minute Walk)

I’m looking for someone to join our home.

The room is a spacious double and comes with a brand-new bed, wall-mounted TV, smart lighting, Google speaker, and Chromecast. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and Paramount+ are all included.

Shared areas include:

* Bathroom
* Garden

The house is less than a 2-minute walk from Bushey Station, with direct trains to London Euston in as little as 18 minutes.

A cleaner visits twice a week to help keep the house looking its best.

A little about us

There are currently two of us living here. We’re both friendly, clean and considerate people who enjoy a relaxed and easy-going home environment.

I work long hours in the TV & Film industry, having previously spent seven years in aviation, so I’m generally only around during the evenings and weekends. When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling, binge-watching a good series, spending time in the garden, and looking after my cats.

My housemate is originally from the UK but grew up in Spain. He works as a private chef and spends much of his time away from the house.

We’re both independent and respect each other’s space, but we’re always happy to have a chat. We enjoy good conversation, a bit of banter, and the occasional debate. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and a sense of humour is always welcome.

Our previous housemate, Sam from Romania, was offered a fantastic job opportunity in Australia and has recently relocated. I got along with him very well, and we’re now looking for someone similar who is clean, respectful, easy-going, and looking for a comfortable place to call home.
