Includes washing machine, with clothes airer in each room. Outdoor patio area can be used for drying clothes and for smokers. Furnishings flexible throughout. 1 shared bathroom with bath, with a good pressure rain shower head.

Room 1; currently set up as a large double bedroom, full wall of inbuilt storage behind roller doors and a purpose built in desk area. Wall mounted TV, draws, mirror, chair. If preferred, it can be furnished with a sofa instead of a bed and used as a large seperate lounge or office should the flat be occupied by a couple or single person.

Please note: Welcoming landlord resides in a seperate flat at the same address. Shared front road entrance to both properties. Landlord has 2 small friendly dogs which are kept completely seperate but you are welcome to have them visit or walk them should you be a pet lover.
