I5 minutes drive to Leavesden Film Studios,
15 minutes to Watford Junction mainline station and
20 minutes to Watford Metropolitan Line underground station.
5 minutes drive to M1 and M25.

Watford town centre is 10 minutes drive away with lots of shops, a theatre, cinema and plenty of bars and restaurants plus multiple car parks. Award winning Cassiobury Park is a 10 minute drive away with lovely walks and cafes.
