Hi! I’ve recently moved into my flat in Bushey and am looking for one or two friendly housemates to share it with. I’m still getting a few things organised, so some furniture is yet to arrive, but the house is fully equipped and ready to move into.

📍 Great Location

The house is around a 5-minute walk from Bushey Station. The Overground is part of the Lioness line, and National Rail services also run through the station, with trains taking around 20–25 minutes into central London. Bushey also has direct services to London Euston, making it convenient for commuting.

Aldi, TK Maxx and other local shops are also within an 8–10-minute walk, making everyday errands convenient.

Permitted street parking is available at an additional cost.

🛏️ Rooms Available

* Larger room – £750 per month
* Smaller room – £700 per month

Both rooms are available immediately and can be furnished or unfurnished with a double bed, depending on your preference. The rent reflects the difference in room size.

🏠 The House

The house is fully equipped and includes Wi-Fi, a shared bathroom area with the shower and toilet in separate rooms, and a shared backyard with the neighbours. It’s a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy when the weather is nice.

💡 Bills Included

Gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and other household bills are included in the rent, subject to fair usage. If energy costs become exceptionally high during the winter, we may need to discuss contributing towards any additional usage.

👋 Who I’m Looking For

I’m looking for friendly, tidy and respectful housemates who work full-time. Ideally, you’ll usually work outside the house rather than working from home regularly, as I’d like the property to be mainly occupied by people who are out during the day.

The ideal housemates would be easygoing, considerate and comfortable sharing a home while respecting each other’s privacy.

Both rooms are available now, and I’m flexible regarding furnishing and rental arrangements.
