I am a live in landlady seeking a lodger for one of my spare rooms. The available room is an averaged sized single and it's very bright, light and quiet.

Please note that the room is for single occupancy only.

I enjoy company and am sociable and I also enjoy my own space. I also currently have one other lodger who is a professional working locally.

Monthly rent includes cleaning and sundries such as toilet roll and cleaning products.

The room is perfect for a professional working away from home during the week.
