No pets/dogs, No Smoking, due to religious reasons no alcohol & no pork/pig meat is allowed in the house. The carpet for the whole house is new. The house is in good condition.
We would like someone who is clean and tidy and keeps her room clean, and bath and the kitchen after their use. We want u to appreciate the house which is in nice order, enjoy your time here as well as the house! and be safe and secure. Please note we require £200 up front deposit which will be returned to u once your contract expires n u leave the house undamaged.
We also require £220 as a one-off payment towards all bills.
