The living room has a Sony 42" LED Smart TV with internet access and a luxurious leather corner sofa. There is wireless broadband throughout the house with an unlimited download allowance.

We are looking for a professional female housemate who has experience of living in shared accommodation, they must be friendly, considerate, clean and tidy. Sorry but we're not looking for full-time students, couples, pets or messy people.
It is a smoke free house although smoking is okay in the garden.
The price of the room is £700pcm and includes council tax, all utility bills and a professional cleaning team who visits the property every 2 weeks. 1 months rent is required as a deposit, previous tenancy/work reference required, proof of income may be also be required. The room is available now.
