The house is situated in central Watford, just 5 mins walk to the town centre and local amenities including the exciting Intu shopping centre which includes an array of shops, a 9 screen IMAX cinema and Hollywood bowling alley..

Walking distance to lots of local bars and restaurants, a 24 hour Tesco's, Sainsburys, M&S and Watford Market all within 10-15mins walk. The house is only 2 mins away from some of the best restaurants in Watford (as voted on Tripadvisor. co. uk)

Also only 10 mins walk to Watford Leisure centre with gym and indoor swimming pool, 15 mins walk to both Watford Met and Junction stations with direct links into central London in only 20 mins. The house is just under 10 mins walk to Watford General hospital.

The house has been recently decorated/furnished to a high standard with new carpets, it has gas central heating with a newly installed Vaillant boiler.

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with an electric shower and the other a bath and thermostatic shower.

The living room has a Sony 42" LED Smart TV with internet access and a luxurious leather corner sofa. There is wireless broadband throughout the house with an unlimited download allowance.

The kitchen is bright and airy with gloss white units and stunning granite worktops. There is a range of high-end appliances from brands such as NEFF, Bosch and Candy. We are looking for a professional female housemate who has experience of living in shared accommodation, they must be friendly, considerate, clean and tidy. Sorry but we're not looking for full-time students, couples, pets or messy people.

It is a smoke free house although smoking is okay in the garden.

The price of the room is £700pcm and includes council tax, all utility bills and a professional cleaning team who visits the property every 2 weeks. 1 months rent is required as a deposit, previous tenancy/work reference required, proof of income may be also be required. The room is available now.
