This house is 5 mins from Watford junction and Clarendon Rd.
The fittings and appliances are all to a high spec. The rooms are all large.
There is free hard-wired internet in each of the bedrooms, and an intercom to the front door. All rooms are furnished and have sinks.
There is a shared kitchen and 2 share bathroom.

There is a dining area with TV and a garden. A cleaner will clean all the communal areas, kitchen, toilets every week.
You will have a house manager and a handy man in case there are any concerns.
We are looking for professionals who can enjoy the house and live and work harmoniously.
