I have a double room in a decent sized town house on a quiet street one mile from Welwyn Garden City Station close to Stanborough Park and Gosling Sports Center. There is a corner shop 300 yards away.

Availability is from 1st May. All bills are included plus there is free internet. There is a very small fee for permit parking if you have a car.

The room is fully furnished and overlooks a lovely back garden. I have a cat and occasionally look after a dog. The house has a communal lounge, kitchen, utility room, etc... and is clean. The back garden is a mini-piece of paradise.

I have peaceful lodgers and offer a safe home ideal for a considerate mature person. I am an experienced landlord.

If you work from home spending much time on the phone during the day or do night shifts my place is unsuitable. No smokers/vapors or drug/significantly medicated users.
