The room on offer is a large double bedroom in a new town house within a gated new development. The room is on the middle floor of the house and has adjacent bathroom. The room is equipped with a double bed, built in cupboard and I can put a TV if required.
It’s a lovely large room very bright, comfortable and clean.

The rent price advertised £ 725 is for Monday to Friday (no weekends) or any part of the week.
Rent will be adjusted if you stay less days. £140 per night


I will consider a full week for the right person, rent will be £875 for full week.


I am looking for a female who is like me tidy clean, respectable and relaxed, to treat the house as her own. ..

This will be a lodger agreement for the use of the room, adjacent bathroom and the kitchen for light cooking / quick easy meals..
There is no use of a lounge.

WiFi and bills are all included in the price.

I am very clean tidy and relaxed.
Easy to get on with and am polite and pleasant.

I am travelling a lot so only live in the property when I am in the UK.
My son will be at university from September and will be at the property occasionally, at end of semesters but is also at his Dad’s when he is back. He is very polite and relaxed. He keeps himself busy, his room is at the top floor of the house.

I do travel so not always here, I will be travelling more from September 2025.
I am looking for someone responsible that will be treating the house as her own and look after it when I am travelling.

Short let / trial month is possible if you’d like to do that. Monday to Friday proffered or someone who is not in the home on weekends.
