You have your own kitchenette and private patio garden, adjacent to your OSP for 1 car. The bathroom is shared with 1 other clean, respectful female. The house is warm & inviting, visitors always comment on “how lovely it feels”🥰 Neighbours are friendly. Area is safe. Local shop & bus stop is 1 min walk around the corner. We’re on Bus Routes 301 and 653. All the usual grocery stores available locally.
WGC Train Station is a 15/17mins walk away. Journey to London Kings Cross is 22-25mins.
All bills & services included, which also includes 2 x laundry loads washed, dried & folded weekly, room & kitchen cleaned weekly, bedding & towels changed fortnightly and all waste management taken care of ad hoc. Shared bathroom also cleaned daily and deep cleaned weekly.
Virgin High Speed fibre optic internet available in all rooms with reliable connectivity.
As the live-in landlady, you will be very well supported; if anything stops working, I’ll get it fixed immediately, etc. I can help with orientation to the area if you’re new here, can give lifts etc, and basically will go out my way to help you settle in initially if required.
I am a Writer and Dog Trainer/Behaviourist, am very busy so you’ll hardly see me, and I can offer rent discount in exchange for the occasional dog sitting (if you like dogs) which I’d prefer. And if other canine workshops/projects come up where you are able to help, I can offer rent reduction for your services, if interested. If you’re creative or have videography skills, even better.
My ideal Lodger is: healthy, sleeps well, works normal hours away from home, considerate of others, respectful of property, appreciates the little things, is independent, has shared house living experience, open minded, calm around animals and a good communicator.
Interest in this lovely room is always HIGH so I am only offering viewings (in person only) to candidates shortlisted from telephone or video call interviews.
