Single room

I advertised a few months ago and unfortunately got poorly with Covid, so wasn't appropriate for anyone to view. I'm much better now. I'm looking for the right person to rent my single room. My house situated in a lovely area, 2 mins walk to wgc town centre and 10 mins walk to train station. I work alot of hours and don't really use my lounge, so you would have use of that and kitchen to yourself. Lovely big back garden and a shared drive if you have a car. Unfortunately I am a smoker but only smoke in my room. My house isn't immaculately decorated but cosy and livable. Can negotiate with rent. Not asking for a deposit but would want a month's rent when you move in. All bills included. I do have a cat, but she stays in my room.
