Newly decorated and furnished double bedroom

I’m renting out a freshly furnished, newly decorated room in a relaxed and tidy home, with all bills included. The house is just a 20-minute walk from the train station and only a minute from local shops and the pub, so everything you need is close by.

The room has all brand-new furniture, including an ottoman small double bed with built-in storage and a large IKEA sliding-door wardrobe with drawers and shelves. I’m also happy to put up shelves or mount a TV if you’d like to make the space your own.

There’s extra attic storage available for less frequently used items like suitcases, seasonal gear or costumes. The house has a new, well-equipped kitchen with washer-dryer combo, dishwasher and a bright open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. There’s a Firestick TV available :) also a Amazon prime member. (no TV licence as I don't watch TV), plus a bike shed and a dedicated parking space for the tenant.

A bit about me — I’m usually out during the weekdays for work and occasionally away overnight. In my free time I enjoy cycling, painting and playing chess, and I play football on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. I’m an Arsenal fan and mostly only head to the pub for football or to catch up with mates. I’m also a member at Better Gym in Gosling Sports Park. I cook occasionally at home and use all types of animal products in the kitchen.

The house is generally pretty calm and quiet. I rarely have people over as I normally go out to see friends, but I’m absolutely happy for the tenant to have friends or family visits. I’m a light smoker and might have one or two cigarettes outside in the evenings, but there’s no smoking indoors.
