Room for rent in Aviemore.

A room to rent in a shared house. The room is £550 per month and this room is available around the start of November (date still to be confirmed by current lodger). The room comes with the furniture displayed in picture you are free the move the furniture however you wish (the mattress had not arrived at the time for taking the photo). The room will be deep clean and the carpet will be shampooed.

Currently staying in the house in myself I’m 21 I’m a live in landlady. The other room is also a room for rent it is currently taken by a tennent 26.

The house is a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath in the centre of Aviemore. The whole of the down stairs is shared that includes; kitchen, living room, dining area, utility room (including washer and dryer) and all bathrooms. Message me for any further information. :)
