House is located within walking distance from town center (5 minutes) and 1 minute from the gym/library.

Room can be offered as 'room only' with kitchen/bathroom/garden access. In this case the living room will be kept private.

There is a third bedroom that could be offered as private living room.

I work 50 hours a week, over split shifts in a local pub so will only be around for the final hours of the day and a few in the afternoon, in work days. My hours are usually 9.30pm until 2.30 then 5pm-10pm.

On days off I'm mostly home but do my best to get out for a swim, climb or cycle.

Looking for females. Someone happy to do their own thing while I do mine.
