Double room

I have a fully furnished Double room, available for rent £140 per week. All bills are inc In the price, regular bus service, wifi, tv provided in room, shower and bathroom upstairs and small toilet downstairs, dining area with a table, also a decent size kitchen, 2 gardens and parking, lock on room door and own keys will be given, long or short term use accepted. Will require (4 weeks) notice when leaving the property, for the deposit to be returned. Must be clean, tidy and working, message me if you require anymore Information :)
