Double room

I have a fully furnished Double room, available for rent £140 per week. All bills are inc In the price, regular bus service, wifi, tv provided in room, shower and bathroom upstairs and small toilet downstairs, dining area with a table, also a decent size kitchen, 2 gardens and parking, lock on the room door and your own keys will be given, long or short term use available . I Will require (8 weeks) notice when leaving the property, for the deposit to be returned. Must be clean, tidy and working, message me if you require anymore Information, thank you :)
