Double room to rent in Culloden, which is only a couple of miles from City Centre.
A 5 minute drive from the main Retail Park and 10 minute drive from Inshes Retail Park, UHI Campus and Raigmore Hospital, and got connections to A9 and A96.
Plenty local amenities near by - Co-op & Spar, hair dressers/barbers, ATMs, 5 take-aways, Pharmacy, Butcher, pub, and buses are pretty regular.
Room is a cosy double, with drawer units, hanging/wardrobe space, and a TV with build in FreeView and Netflix. Bed linen and towels provided.
Facilities are shared with just myself. I currently work Monday - Friday 8 - 4, and spend some time in the gym after work, and sometimes work weekends as well.
I am clean and tidy as you can see from the pictures would expect similar in return.
There's off street parking, Wifi/Broadband and all bills included in the price and there's a garden space and shed aswell.
The household would be suited to those looking for a place to stay Monday- Friday or similar, i. e. contractors or those working away from home. There's a degree of flexibility and I will consider a longer term arrangement depending on the interested person.
I'm not looking for anyone who WFH, and the room isn't suitable for couples, sorry.
