Good sized double room to let in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet area of Kinmylies.

Looking for a lodger that is working away from home and returns home to their main address at the weekends. Would suit contractors etc. If required to work occasional weekends that can be negotiated.

The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe and TV. The accommodation has a WC/Shower room downstairs and a second large bathroom with shower upstairs which will be exclusive to the lodger. You would be sharing with myself (the landlord).
