Double room in quiet household, central to city centre - not a party house. A kitchen has been fitted for the lodgers use. Shower room is shared. There is convenient bus links to city centre. Shops/ takeaways are nearby.
My ideal tenant would be a professional/ working male/ female who is clean, tidy, and trustworthy. I have a private parking bay in front of house should you own a car. Please note that rooms are single occupancy only & there are no overnight stays for friends/ family members.
This room has been decorated & completely furnished .
Rent is £140.00 per week plus deposit of £150.00 which is refundable on vacating the room.
I am looking for someone who will tidy after themselves in shared areas & must keep their room clean & attend to their personal bed linen.
