My ideal tenant would be a professional/ working male/ female who is clean, tidy, and trustworthy. I have a private parking bay in front of house should you own a car. Please note that rooms are single occupancy only & there are no overnight stays for friends/ family members.
Rent is £160 per week plus deposit of £150.00 which is refundable on vacating the room.
I am looking for someone who will tidy up after themselves in shared areas & keep their room clean & attend to their personal linen.
Quietness is a must as consideration must be given to other members of the household
