1 double room to rent with built in wardrobe, mattress and bed frame included. Rent £575 including all bills and full use of amenities and rooms. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and can help around the house to clean up after themselves and someone that I can get along with. I like my own space but also like to socialise so someone who feels the same would be really ideal. Room would be available from around July. Rent is paid in advance for the month ahead.
