Double Bedroom in Crown Flat (6 months)

Hello! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to join me in my spacious flat in the lovely Crown area of Inverness.

The flat is in a brilliant location — just a 5-minute walk into town and close to great local spots like the deli, cafes, a shop and pubs, all at the end of the road. Raigmore Hospital is only a 5-minute drive away too.

You’ll need to apply for a permit if you have a car, as parking is permit-only.

The flat has a bright, cosy lounge with a TV (including Netflix) and a small dining table. There is a decent-sized private garden with a hammock for relaxing. There’s also a shed with plenty of storage space for bikes.

The shared bathroom has a large electric shower and the kitchen is well-equipped including induction hob, air fryer, blender, hot chocolate machine and washing machine. All the essentials like plates, cutlery, utensils and glasses etc. are provided. You will also have your own cupboard space.

Cleaning products (excl. laundry detergent) and toilet roll are included in the rent.

The Room:
A comfy double room overlooking the garden, furnished with a double bed, bedside table, clothes rail and chest of drawers.

You’d be living with me — I’m 33, a professional working from home. I’m into wild swimming, the gym, yoga, cooking and I love a good meal out. I’m sociable and easygoing, but also value downtime and a peaceful home. Ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe who will split cleaning and household chores equally.

Since I already work from home Monday-Friday 9-5, the space isn’t really suited to another remote worker — so the room would best suit someone who works out of the house. Sorry no students or UC.

The room is for single occupancy only and available on a short-term basis (min 3 months but ideally 6). The letting agent will require referencing and a credit check.

Rent: £670 per month (includes all bills + household essentials)
Deposit: £750
