The room includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and TV. You’ll also have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and private parking space.

One months deposit to be paid in advance 

I work a 9-5, so the flat would suit someone with a similar routine who’s looking for a calm, tidy, and respectful home environment. You’ll also need to be comfortable around dogs, as I often look after my neighbour’s very friendly pointer.
