Flat share in Quiet Area

Hi there, I am a Homeowner looking to flat share out my apartment for around four to six months although negotiable. I am looking to rent out to a quiet, respectful and clean professional it would ideally suit someone who is coming to work in the area for a while or someone perhaps on placement. I live in a great area of town it’s very quiet and tranquil and only five minutes drive to the local shops. Ten minutes into town and the train and bus stations and ten minutes to the A9 heading either North or South as well as the Hospital and College Campus.

I have a nice double bedroom to rent out, you’ll also have shared access to the bathroom, living room and kitchen. Due to family circumstances I may not be there that often at the moment, therefore when I am not there you will have the flat to yourself. However for the times I will be at home I do work from home two – three days a week. There is a gym ten minutes away which I enjoy going to when I’m home as well as the running club so why not come join me if you’re up for it.
