Furnished spacious room to rent in city centre

Spacious room for rent in city centre. 1 min from bus station and 3 min from train station.
The room has everything, a double bed, a desk+chair, 2 bedside table and a big built-in wardrobe.
Shared corridor, bathroom and kitchen+washing machine.
My ideal tenant would be a student/ female who is clean, tidy, and trustworthy. Please note that the room is a single occupancy only & there is no overnight stays for friends/ family members. Rent is £800 per month plus deposit of £800 which is refundable on vacating the room. Heat, electricity and WiFi are included.
I am looking for someone who will tidy up after themselves in shared areas, keep their room clean and attend to their personal bed linen.
Not a party house.
