This is a two bedroom terrorist house where the owner lives away 99% of the year. Only one of the rooms will be rented out, so the potential tenant has full use of the entire property for the majority of the time. On the rare occasion that the owner needs a place to stay in the area, he will give plenty of warning and of course would not just turn up unannounced. Council tax water, Internet and electricity will all be paid for by the owner, with a electricity cap spend of £50 per month. Anything over and above this will be payable by the tenant.
