Annexe bedroom at the side of a four bedroomed house, with an ¹external entrance, leading into a small wooden conservatory. Good WIFI Pleasant room painted matt white containing a single bed, wardrobe, small blue chest of drawers, chair, drop leaf table, side board with plenty of cupboards, linen chest, armchair, TV, washbasin and shower. Large window overlooking a small orchard and the quiet close at the front of the house, smaller window to the rear. All fully double, or triple glazed.

Shared fully equipped kitchen, two WC''s plus a washing machine are located in the main house.
The annexe is situated in a wooded wildlife garden so the new occupant must like trees, and wildlife including, plants hedgehogs, birds, spiders insects etc

The house which is fully double glazed, is a semi-detached dorma bungalow about thirty minutes walk from Ryde and ten minutes cycling distance. Bus stop two minutes walking distance.

The rear garden overlooks open countryside with horses grazing in the field at the bottom of the garden. Close to Brickfields riding stables.. Situated in a quiet close.

There is a total of five other people in the main house, including myself. Wifi internet. All bills included. Council Tax Band C .We are a quiet friendly household; looking for a fully employed non-smokng person to join us. Must be either on a vegetarian or vegan diet.

I am a fully qualified teacher of English as a foreign language so Intenational students/people are welcome.
