Double room available in Cowes

Hello,

A furnished double room is available to rent in my house in Cowes.
You would be sharing the house with Luca, a Junior Doctor working at the hospital.

The house comprises of a:
-Lounge
-Dining room
-Kitchen
-Bathroom
-Garden
-Shed
-Free on street parking
-The house is fully furnished and comes with all appliances (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc).

All bills are included (with a cap on energy limited to £85/month which is my current energy plan).

My house is a 10mn walk from the high street, 12mn walk from the RedJet and has a co op just round the corner.

I’m looking for someone respectful who will look after the house like it’s their own.
