My name is Jess. I’m looking for a tenant to rent a room in my house in Cowes.

The house comprises of a:
-Lounge
-Dining room
-Kitchen
-Bathroom
-Garden
-Shed
-Free on street parking
-The house is fully furnished and comes with all appliances (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc).
I do not have a TV licence, but I do have a Google Chromecast, so you can cast anything to the TV.

All bills are included.

You would be sharing the house with Rufus, a young professional in his mid-twenties.

My house is a 10mn walk from the high street, 12mn walk to the RedJet and has a co op just round the corner!
