ALL room have a very bright sunrise comes through the windows and fresh air from the sea, WiFi, in New house, new build residential, to enjoy fresh air with lovely surroundings views.🏡🌈🛶🚤

lots of green to walk or do sports private park for the residents of this project with gate with lovely fresh air, amazing marina view and countryside view, to enjoy comfy chairs, table, umbrella, grill for lovely barbecue ( All provided by me ) , fees paid to look after all the green to let you enjoy, super fast fibre WIFI.

Stairs where is the main entrance only, the coach house is on one level, no stairs to the bedrooms.

Modern kitchen got oven, cook , cook waive, kettle, toaster, modern washing machine, dryer, full access to the kitchen.

Modern bathroom, shower over the bath, with very modern shower head, adjustable temperature tape as you require for the water temperature connected to the main boiler. Large cabinet for all the tenants toiletries to store safely.


The house is not attached to another house so no noise or disturb, no high building in front of the house ( and all the room ) so it’s very bright inside and brighter, warmer in the Summer time, the house is very hygienic, housekeeper four times a months to disinfecte the house and do deep cleaning, the room must be in certain level of hygiene, and clean all the time, private parking and Off road parking around the house, full use of the kitchen, central heating 24 hours turned on and from the radiator inside the room you adjust your require heating level, And at the same time keeping the windows opened from times to times for ventilations, or open the ventilation point fixed to the windows, specially the communal areas for sharing, Night time emergency lights on in all communal areas in case someone weak up night time. the house fitted with high security system, yale alarm connecting to the police, outdoor cctv camera, and in the house cctv as well.

the house is none smoke house, there is place outside for smoking, , Is quiet as all working professional, All the rooms, corridor, kitchen fitted with fire and smoke alarms, all the rooms fitted with fire doors for all of the house safety, gas and electricity safety certificates up to date with

Transportation

bus number 5 to Newport and bus number 4 to ryde main station to all way down until 24 hours Tesco, just walk five minutes to Osborn house bus stop opposite the petrol station, by bus or car Eight minutes to Newport, 15 minutes to Ryde, thirty minutes to Yarmouth, 40 minutes to ventnor.

five minutes to red funnel ferry to Southampton, and seven minutes driving to fishbourn to Portsmouth ferry.

East cowes seafront, enjoy swimming and fishing too, lovely seafront with playing kids area, and amazing view to west cowes, lovely cafe serving light menu, crossing 2 minutes to west cowes on foot or by car via small ferry.

Osborn house membership £42 pounds a year, amazing dining cafe or restaurant, and open woodland to walk, golf courses, private beach to enjoy swimming while you watching lovely woodland views and amazing clean sea front with lovely sands, lovely open sea view, offered free chaise lounge, or arm chair, ice cream shop, someone looking after the facilities, free bus to the seafront ,and with the same membership you visit all the English heritage in iow.


For shopping, small food shops five minutes walk from the house, one in Osborn petrol station and the other one round the corner of crossway street three minutes walk from the house, Waitrose and CO-OP stores five minutes by bus or car from the house.

The tenant must have a background and knowledge about sharing as a family or with others tenants, or sharing In self catering , the relationships between the tenants must be full of respect and acting as this is your home.

Respect is the main element to share together, Disrespect is bringing unsuitable atmosphere, For example leaving the facilities unhygienic after used , Always must be cleaned as you received it.

I am only interested in occupants have full awareness about sharing the facilities and dealing with respect to the others tenants.
