Cottage share

Newport Centre, I am an active volunteer and a live in landlord . I have the larger room becoming vacant in Sept. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. and a small writing desk/table. Downstairs is a dining area, with a small lounge to relax in, also a smart TV, broadband. There is a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine microwave, fridge freezer, and a bathroom adjoining. For the summer we have a little table and chairs to use, in the small outside yard.
As lodgers in my house/ rooms are cleaned weekly and bed linen changed.
Cottage is 20min walk to St Mary's Hospital, or 12 min by bus. Only 4min walk to the main bus station.
Absolutely no free parking during the day .
