A nice double sized room, with 2 sets of drawers and a built in wardrobe (with boiler at the end) it also has a small TV with a Chromecast for streaming your content.
All bills included. Please note I don’t have a subscription to watch BBC/live TV so you would need to pay this if you watch these.
You will be sharing a family home so things can get hectic at times!
Access to the large kitchen/diner as well as bathroom, with bath and shower. In the kitchen you have your own fridge, half a freezer and some cupboard space.
Strictly no smokers only. No guests allowed at any time.
Also includes bed linen and towels so perfect for those working at the hospital.
The hospital is 7-8 minute walk from the house, with the number 1 bus in between which takes you to Newport or Cowes.
Rent due every month on the 1st to cover the month ahead.
Rent may be reviewed annually and increased by up to £25 per month depending on household costs and market rates
