Each room on the first floor shares a small lounge with kettle, toaster, fridge and couch with a tv. Also share the bathroom and shower next to the rooms. A kitchen is fully equipped downstairs with air fryer, oven, fridge and microwave. Big back garden with shed for gym work or peace and quiet. Parking at the moment is street but will be able park off road soon. Should have photos when the rooms are fitted out! All utilities and council tax are the owners responsibility.
