Sandown bungalow - flat mate - double room

Hi, I have a double bedroom in a detached bungalow.

Ideally own transport due to remote bus stops.

The bungalow has a shared kitchen, dining room, and lounge, with a fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard storage. There's a washing machine with drying facilities.
The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The bedroom has a double bed, but can be swapped to suit needs.

About me:
I'm 36, easy-going and sociable. I enjoy playing sports and playing instruments (acoustic). In my free time, I enjoy cooking and spending time with family and friends. I don't have any pets and would prefer no pets in the bungalow.

I will spend weeks away on occasion.
