Isle of Wight, Sandown, short or long term

Hi, I have two rooms available in a detached bungalow in Sandown, Isle of Wight. It's quiet, recently refurbished, and offers side and back gardens.

The current tenant is a friendly professional who feels most comfortable sharing with another female, so a female lodger is preferred for compatibility.

Transport links include a 2-minute walk to Sandown train station, a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, and parking available outside.

There are two people in total, including myself, though I am there only half the time.

Room 1 (Double Room) – £550/month (Available)
- Single bed
- Desk for work/study
- Large smart TV
- Drawers and/or cupboard
- Lots of extra space in the lean-to for clothes, etc.

Room 2 (Double Room) – £500/month (Available)
- Single bed
- Desk for work/study
- Large smart TV
- Drawers and/or cupboard
- Lots of extra space in the lean-to for clothes, etc.

The Bungalow:
- Shared kitchen
- Fridge freezer with ample cupboard storage
- Washing machine and dryer
- Clean and modern bathroom with shower and bath

I'm 37 and often away due to work. I enjoy an active lifestyle, playing guitar, cooking meals, and studying.

The other tenant is a friendly working female who works 9 a. m. to 5 p. m.

Would suit:
Someone working Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

What's included:
All bills included (water, electric, broadband, etc.), and common food is offered free (milk, bread, etc.).
