This Homeshare is in the beautiful location of Seaview and it comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of practical help and companionship (no personal care) in exchange for lower costs of living.

The current homeowner is a very friendly and chatty lady in her 80's. She is still very active and loves oil painting, flower arranging and spending time in her garden.

She is looking for some help around the home with regards to cooking, light household chores, food shopping and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home.

The ideal sharer should be FEMALE who enjoys chatting, cooking and has a positive and outgoing personality.
Due to the location, she must be a DRIVER.

The sharer can be working full or part time or working from home, but must have some time during their week to offer some support. and companionship.

The sharer has a private annex in the garden which includes a double bedroom, bathroom and a lounge. The kitchen is a shared space in the main house.
