Two Double rooms available soon Short or Long term considered. Upstairs Bedroom 2 & Down Stairs 4. Both will be Furnished with a Double Bed & Bedding, Large Triple Wardrobe & Drawers.

Current household is myself Penny, I work from home as an Artist/Seamstress with two lively Cockerpoos soon to be 3 & 4.

Lovely house and quiet friendly neighbourhood. Great location 5/10mins walk from the Beach, Lidl, Town & Train Station, Bus stop opposite, plenty of lovely walks, cafes, pubs.

We lead a fairly quiet lifestyle, amid some barking squeaky toys, metal & diy. I do own headphones if it’s not to your taste. Dog walks, gardening, creating. Not many people coming & going as I would like it to stay. Must be considerate of two very loving soppy Dogs, Main road etc. I’ve also currently unplugged the door bell as there’s no sneaking in here! They’re well behaved intelligent girls, most of the time.

Looking for decent light minded, chilled out friends to join us. Odd natter and a cuppa would be nice. Able to remove Spiders on request HUGE bonus points!

All bill inc. + Essentials. Tea, Coffee, Washing detergent/Softener, Washing up liquid, Household cleaning, Hand wash & Toilet rolls 👍
