Room to Rent - Multiple Occupancy Accommodation

We have rooms available to rent in, what used to be, a former bed and breakfast.
There are 13 rooms in total, most of which are currently occupied by person(s) working nearby.
We ask for clean, quiet, conscientious tenants who will take care of their own responsibilities when it comes to shared spaces.
Shared spaces include a pool room, a large kitchen and a living area. There is also a utility room in the shared garage space.
Parking is complimentary, as are all utility bills.
There is an option to include a £30 cleaning fee to your accommodation, whereby your bed linen and towels are replaced each week and your room is cleaned to a high standard.
