We typically aim to have you moved in within around 2 weeks; once the application process is complete, and the room is vacant, We understand how important it is for you to have a smooth and timely transition, and we're here to make that happen. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month, so depending on the date you move in, you'll only need to pay a pro-rata rent amount for that specific period. Our contracts are designed with flexibility in mind. Initially, our contracts are set for 3 months, giving you a sense of security and stability. After the initial period, they automatically transition into a monthly rolling contract, providing you with even more flexibility and freedom.
