We won't leave you hanging when it comes to cleaning either – we've got all the essentials covered, from a washing machine/dryer, vacuum cleaner to a mop, bucket, broom, and even a dustpan and brush. So all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! Kick back and relax in our inviting communal space where you can connect with the other housemates. And when you need a breath of fresh air, the garden space awaits you. There is ROAD PARKING at this property.

This secures your room so we can start the application process for you, this money will be deducted from your initial move-in rent. Whether you've viewed the room virtually or in person, we want to make sure that your reservation is smooth and hassle-free. Our team is here to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

⏺️MOVING
Get ready to settle into your new home! We typically aim to have you moved in within around 2 weeks; once the application process is complete, and the room is vacant, We understand how important it is for you to have a smooth and timely transition, and we're here to make that happen. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month, so depending on the date you move in, you'll only need to pay a pro-rata rent amount for that specific period. Our contracts are designed with flexibility in mind. Initially, our contracts are set for 3 months, giving you a sense of security and stability. After the initial period, they automatically transition into a monthly rolling contract, providing you with even more flexibility and freedom.
