Double rooms with ensuites

Hi. I have two double rooms, both woth ensuites. One is a traditional double and rent is aimed at single occupancy, the other is a much larger double and rent is aimed at a couple.
Both rooms, along with one other double, a single and a flatlet, share a kitchen and large conservatory/living room.
There is a large garden, a owners office / gym and a driveway for three cars, all available for use.
The property, a bungalow in a quiet area, is located near to the William Harvey hospital, junction 10a m20 and local supermarket.
I partly live in with the other lodgers. It's a nice quiet and calming environment, all get on well.
