House is 16 years old and is fully furnished.
The house is 6 min. walk to New Hythe Train Station (2 stops to Maidstone (7 min)) and 1 hour to St. Pancras (London). The bus stops are also around.

I am a professional fine artist and an art tutor. We are happy and easy-going people.
