I’m looking for a clean, respectful and considerate flatmate to rent a comfortable room in my home in the Belvedere/Erith area.

The room is part-furnished with a wardrobe, and I’m happy to arrange a bed if needed. If you already have a bed you’d prefer, I’m also happy to discuss contributing towards getting it into the flat.

Rent includes bills and Wi-Fi, so there’s no need to worry about additional monthly household costs. The property is well maintained and offers a comfortable shared living space.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, responsible and easy-going, and who understands the importance of keeping shared areas clean and being respectful of each other’s space and privacy. I’m friendly and sociable, but also appreciate having my own downtime, so I’d ideally like someone with a similar balance.

The property is conveniently located for Belvedere/Erith and surrounding areas, with good transport links and local amenities nearby.
