Hi all, I am a live in landlady looking to rent my spare room out.
The room is large, spacious with plenty of in built cupboard space. The room is furnished with a king size bed and tempur memory foam mattress and bedside tables including a chest of drawers.
We have a newly refurbished bathroom. I’m very clean and you’ll only be sharing with me and my partner! We have super fast broadband and a cleaner who will come once a month.
Please note I do not wear shoes inside the house and would love someone who does the same ☺️
Bexley village is around the corner with many restaurants pubs and a station. The total journey time on the train takes around 25 mins in to London Bridge. There’s trains to Cannon Street and Charing Cross as well around 30-35 mins. The station is a slow 18 min walk away from the house.
