Available in a relaxed friendly, respectful clean and tidy household. ALL inclusive of ALL bills INCLUDING A CLEANER. I am Level 1 hygiene trained so have a passion for a clean kitchen and expect the same. everything is disinfected We have never had covid in this house .

A Cleaner who comes in once every 2 week to clean all communal areas, wireless broadband also included. I have a very large quite 5 bedroom house in a lovely quiet street which is only a 2 minute walk from the Broadway Shopping Centre (where you will find every shop you could want) and the main bus stops in Bexleyheath town centre .

As all other rooms have ensuite. It's Old house with very solid walls so very quite., in a very quite road.

In Bexleyheath there is a 24 hour Asda store 5 mins walk from the house as well as a Salisbury's and Marks and Spencer's. Bexleyheath also houses a very lively nightlife with every type of food and drinking establishment you could want. There is also a major sports center/swimming baths (crook log ) only a 15min walk away, main line train station is only a 15 min walk. very safe affluent area in a quiet road. Everyone is a professional and you would hardly see most of them except at dinner time as most are on varied work patterns ,
