Quite Spacious double rooms with ensuite

Hello,

I have a 2 spacious rooms available in a quite residential area at the same time walkable distance to shopping centre, Gym, Cinema and GP

Room1 : Double room with ensuite
Room2: Double room with conservatory

There are frequent buses to Abbey wood Elizabeth line station, from where Canary wharf is 10 min away.

At any given time only 3 people will stay in the entire house. I am a professional business person who travels a lot. The rent includes all Bills and high speed broadband.

The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, American style fridge/freezer, dish washer, gas hop and oven.

Each room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe, study table/chair & chest of drawers

The house has Garden and parking lot if you have a car.

Ideally I am looking for long term rentals.
