This lodge would suit a single person or a couple. It is a one double bedroomed freshly renovated relaxing detached home with an en suite toilet and sink and adjoining separate shower room and sink. , There is also a second smaller dressing room. From the hall you enter the living space which has a sunny south facing aspect looking out over the fields, the lodge is situated in a beautiful location on our retreat site in Biddenden.
There is a nice sized fully equipped kitchen / dining area and a light & airy sitting room.
Outside there is a large south facing newly decked garden space . Parking for your car is available in the on site car park., electric car charging is available on site. The rent includes water and internet.
Electricity is metered and charged at cost. Central heating is supplied by LPG.
This holiday lodge is ready for viewing /occupation ( subject to references and suitability ) .
