Spacious Room Available in Beautiful Shared House

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and easy-going person to join our home.

There are currently two 29-year-old females living here, including myself, and I’m looking for someone to take the available room.

🛏️ The room
The room is a spacious king-size bedroom with plenty of room for furniture and storage. You’ll have your own private bedroom, with a shared bathroom with me.

The rest of the house is shared and open to everyone, including the kitchen, living areas and other communal spaces. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a friendly home environment but also respects everyone’s privacy and personal space.

💻 Work
I work from home, so ideally I’m looking for someone who works outside of the home rather than someone who works from home full-time.

📍 Location & Transport
The house is in a quiet countryside location, so having your own car is essential. The nearest train station and food shop are approximately 7 minutes away by car, and there aren’t many amenities within walking distance, so having access to a car is important for day-to-day life.

🐶 Living with a dog
I also have a medium-sized dog, so you must be comfortable living with dogs. She is part of the household and will be around the home, so this would suit someone who genuinely likes dogs and is happy sharing their home with one.

✨ Who we’re looking for
I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, friendly and respectful of shared spaces, but also enjoys having their own space and independence.
