My tenants and I are looking for a tidy, male tenant to complete a happy, considerate household for the long term.
The house will have a maximum of 4 tenants, including the new addition to the household. The other tenants are working males, aged between 35 and 57.
There are 2 complete bathrooms for 4 tenants.
There is a shower with toilet and washbasin downstairs and an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower over.

A cleaning lady cleans the communal areas twice a month.
I supply lots of cooking/eating/drinking utensils.
There are 2 fridges and 3 freezers for 4 tenants and lots of kitchen cupboard space.

The house is an extended semi with a south- facing, sunny garden with cast iron Victorian style furniture.
It offers kitchen and a spacious living/dining room area with a flat screen TV.
It has unlimited super fast fibre optic broadband included in the rent.
The house has Off-street parking for 3 cars and a large parking bay opposite the house. The picture of the house is an old one. The hedge has been removed and the space cemented over to create third parking space.

The available room has TV and internet sockets, a double bed, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe.

All bills and council tax are included in the rent.

The house is located just across from the passageway to ASDA's parking lot, so shopping is a pleasure, too.

Smokers are welcome to smoke in the back garden.
Single occupancy only.
