Prime central location, 10-15min walk to University of Kent, 10 min walk into City Centre and 6 min walk to Canterbury West Station. It is between the University and city centre, perfect location for responsable students and professionals.

References and deposit will be required.

Apologies, but no smokers, no pets and no couples.

The single room is furnished and used to be a shared common room so currently there is no shared living room due to demand of the rooms.

Please also note that there is one bathroom which is located upstairs. The house is clean and cosy.

I am currently not considering any schemes.

You will have seen in this listing, the availability and minimum stay, please keep this is mind before making enquiries. A contract is standard.

This property is perfect for UKC and CCC universities as well as working professionals, there has been a great mix of both in the house.

If you are clean and responsible then you will fit in great!
