Prime central location, 10-15min walk to University of Kent, 10 min walk into City Centre and 6 min walk to Canterbury West Station. It is between the University and city centre, perfect student location.

References and deposit will be required.

Apologies, but no smokers, no pets and no couples.

The single room is unfurnished and used to be a shared common room so currently there is no shared living room due to demand of the rooms.

Please also note that there is one bathroom which is located upstairs. The house is clean and cosy.

I am currently not considering any schemes.
