I'm a creative professional & technologist looking for another woman preferably to share this great place with.

You may be a working Professional, Post Grad, or Mature Student.

The room is freshly decorated and has lots of storage. I have it on very good authority that it's better than alot of rooms available in town. I'm probably under charging but that's ok with me for the right person. A cozy, harmonious home is what I'd like to ensure.

The rent includes some bills and is based on one occupant.

This is a lovely, light filled home. It's quietly located within walking distance to Kent Uni, Canterbury City Center, public transport & free parking outside, fully furnished, with high ceilings, 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious living area, open plan kitchen, conservatory & garden, as well as Washing Machine, Central Heating, Broadband Internet & more.

I'm an easy-going, sociable person & this is a really lovely space with a great vibe making it a rare find.

I do not wish to rent to a couple however since the rent would be higher to cover the bills.

I also just lost my cat after 17 years and though I do board pets occasionally, I am not ready to live with another pet long-term.

I’m looking for a roommate who will also enjoy this space and living here. Being comfortable and the wellbeing of any animals if there are any is a priority so please bear that in mind.

1 month deposit and 1 month rent upfront will be required along with references.

Short term rentals are possible.
